People from all over the country converged to voice their opposition to environmental destruction and the forced relocation of Adivasi communities, all being done in the name of irresponsible and poorly planned development.<br/>Orijit Sen's account of the Narmada Bachao Andolan is drawn from his personal experiences from 1991-1993.
